Each gear and pinion shaft are carburized and tempered to ensure gear hardness 58-62 HRC and then ground to hit precision grade 6. Gear profile are specially treated to maximize gear strength. Hence perfect meshing is accomplished to ensure best performance, quiet operation and minimum vibration.

Almost whichever type of gearbox is available with Zonpoo. Besides standard gearbox, we also tailor special gearbox design for application under special conditions.
