Manufacturing Process
Zonpoo strictly undergoes quality control from material selection, gear machining and grinding, heat treatment, assembly, test run, till painting and packing. Every gear is ground in Gleason & Holfler grinding machines to hit precision grade 6. The biggest grinding machine is able to grind workpiece up to 6 meters in diameter. All gears are carburized and tempered to hit hardness 58-62 HRC. What’s more, most of the assembly workers are skillful with assembly experience of over 10 years.
