Cooler gear box is the key part for cooling tower. Cooling fan needs stable and continuous power and torque from driving system. Therefore, stability is the preferential consideration and vibration must be prohibited.

Cooling fan also imposes axial force on gearbox shaft. So thrust bearing is a must to let gearbox bear the axial force without impacting inner gears.

Zonpoo cooler gear box is bevel-helical type with thrust bearing on prolonged output shaft. As the gearbox were vertically mounted to service the cooling fan, lubrication system is needed to ensure all inner gears are well lubricated.
